Delete your account
Permanently delete your TechRunners account (by Soulvale Studios LLC) and the data tied to it. You can also do this inside the game: Settings > Delete Account.
WARNING.SYS
Before you go, know what deleting means:
- It is permanent. Your account is erased right away. It can't be undone, and support can't restore it.
- You lose your progress: level, XP, missions, stats, kill streaks and your places on the leaderboards.
- You lose everything you own: Creds (including Creds you paid for), weapons, skins, emotes, outfits, Founder items and the custom heads you created. Purchases are not refunded.
- Your social life in the game ends: your friends list and your chat messages are deleted. If you lead a crew, leadership passes to its longest-standing member, or the crew is disbanded if you are its only member.
- You are signed out everywhere. Your email can be used to create a new account later, but nothing from this one comes back.

Deleted right away
- Sign-inYour email address, sign-in sessions on every device and push notification tokens.
- ProfileRunner name, avatar and look, reported age, settings and preferences.
- ProgressLevel, XP, missions, stats, streaks and leaderboard entries.
- Items and CredsYour Creds balance and every item you own, bought or earned.
- SocialFriends, chat messages in every channel, crew membership and crew join requests.
- CreationsCustom heads and cosmetics you made, including their image files.
- Gameplay dataActivity and analytics events and gameplay telemetry.
Kept, no longer linked to you
- Web store purchasesThe order record (pack, price, date) stays as long as accounting and tax law require, with no link to your account. Our payment processor, Stripe, keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
- Crew contentPosts you wrote on a crew's board and crew images you submitted stay with that crew, without your name.
- Reports you filedKept for moderation, without your name.
Kept for a limited time
- Messages to supportKept up to 24 months, then deleted automatically. To have them deleted sooner, email support@playtechrunners.com.
- Crash reportsOnly if you allowed them: up to 90 days in Unity Cloud Diagnostics.
- Server logsTechnical logs are rotated and overwritten automatically, normally within weeks.

Sign in with the email on your account. We'll email you a code to confirm it's you before anything is deleted.
Sign in to continuePlaying as a guest? A guest account has no email, so delete it in the game: Settings > Delete Account. Can't sign in, or your account is banned? Email support@playtechrunners.com from the address on your account and we'll help.
